Can cats have eggs everyday. The protein in eggs is easy for cats to digest and eggs are packed with amino acids that help. Actually eggs are quite healthy for cats to eat as a snack. An active adult cat should not usually consume more than 200 calories a day potentially fewer.
The answer is yes and no. Raw eggs can lead to salmonella poisoning and will cause skin and coat problems because it is loaded with a particular enzyme that retards biotin absorption. People who professionally raise show cats will even give their prize pussycat eggs every once in a while to keep the coat nice and shiny.
In general it is recommended you offer egg to your cats only once or twice a week. Eggs can even be provided as a relatively helpful rare treat but too much can be harmful. But still an egg isnt a perfect meal for her.
Try feeding your cat fresh cucumbers spinach steamed broccoli and asparagus or some mashed potatoes. Cats can definitely eat peas and a lot of commercial cat foods contain pea protein as a substitution for other proteins for cats that tend to have food protein allergies. And unlike peanuts and peanut butter which are fine to feed a cat but dont have much of an upside eggs like feeding your cat lettuce as a snack have considerable benefit.
